From the North/South: Take NYS Thruway to Exit 19 Kingston NY. Past toll both exit bear right onto Rte. 28 West and follow to Rte. 209 North to Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge. Cross Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge and follow Rte. 199 East to Rte. 9G South. Take 9G South to traffic light make right onto Rte. 9 South. Follow for approx. 2.5 miles into Rhinebeck Village. Take a right onto West Market Street. Entrance to Starr Library is on left approx 1/4 mile.
From Rte. 9 South: Take Rte. 9 North into Rhinebeck Village (Beekman Arms on left at traffic light). Make left onto West Market Street (also called Rte. 308 West). Approx 1/4 mile on left is entrance to Starr Library.
From Taconic State Pkwy North/South: Take Red Hook/Rhinebeck Rt. 199 West Exit. Follow Rte. 199 West for approx 6 miles and continue straight onto Rte. 308 West into Rhinebeck Village. At traffic light in center of village continue straight and approx 1/4 mile on left is entrance to Starr Library.
